You tag your picture when you upload or edit it with 'objectchallenge-shoes' or with 'theme-overexposed' or anything else. It does say so somewhere in the text, but I'm glad to help!
if you go to the picture you want to post from your project there is something that says Share in the right-hand column. you just copy and paste that code and post!
I believe in order to be counted as an entry for theme of the week you need to do as @geertje has said and tag your photo. I don't think just posting it in the thread considers it entered. I think people post in the thread to make it a little easier to see what everyone has done. Good Luck =D

@shelleyan the objectchallenge (shoes this week) are just for fun. No voting involved at all. The theme (overexposed) will have a voting session after the time period from a few that ross has picked out that he liked and out of those the ultimate winner will be picked and they will pick the next theme.
