Repost- Sorry I messed up on the END date :) Blame it on my eyes.
Thank you very much to @mzzhopei for hosting the last challenge. And many thanks to everyone who voted for my Macro-AnimalBits “Dog staring at Dog” photo 😊
For the next Macro Challenge, the subject theme will be simply “Water.” Can be splash, drip, droplet, water refraction photo or anything as long as “water” is the subject in the frame.
Given this is a macro challenge, the idea is to take a close-up “macro photograph” of small objects to make them look life sized or larger. Ideally a dedicated macro lens (1:1) is the right optics to use; however, use what you have. Try to fill the frame to get an incredible amount of detail with your subject. Focus is important so use a tripod if you have one. Also, just have some fun with this challenge.
The challenge will run from:
Friday, September 17 to
Friday, October 15
All photographs must be taken between these dates, and you can enter multiple times if you like. (Please do!)
