"Phoning it in" for November

i got me a new camera (i mean iPhone 🥴) this month and although i've used it a fair bit, i haven't really put it through its paces as yet... so - i think for the month of November i will aim to use primarily my iPhone - even for set-up shots... we'll see how long i last... will be tagging as "phone-vember" if anyone wants to join the fun 🙃

I've been using my cell phone for a good part of my photos now but I still need to play with it more so this will be a good motivating factor!

I did a couple this evening; the reasoning is that there was torrential rain and I just could not be bothered to take the camera. Moving on these were both taken on my IPhone 13 Pro, I did a little cropping and some adjustments using the editing facilities on the phone, taking two or three minutes at the most. Could I have taken better photographs with my camera; probably yes, had I spent significant time post processing through Lightroom and Photoshop.

Not a bad idea. I was thinking of going the way suggested in Jackie's post https://365project.org/discuss/articles/48497/another-amazing-photogger-a-dayer!! with a photo a day at the same time. Using the phone could be helpful, as it is probably more at hand. Thanks for the idea!

Great idea! Will try and participate as much as I can. I got a new iphone pro earlier this year and am still learning all about the camera functions.

thanks all - happy to have you join in the fun! just to be clear... there are no rules other than using the camera phone... i'll basically be treating my phone like my camera meaning any and all types of editing are permitted and i will almost certainly be doing post on my laptop in LR and PS as usual 🙃

I definitely won't use mine everyday, but I do sometimes (usually when it's just easier for one reason or another) so if it's cool to just do it here and there I will tag any phone pics I do post.
