Asymmetry. Architecture-9 is waiting for your entry!

October 14th, 2024
Thank you to Laura @ljmanning for hosting round eight of this challenge, and much appreciation to everyone who entered and voted.

This is a newer challenge created by @lumpiniman. In John’s words:
There are many buildings, be they castles, churches, temples, mosques, stately homes etc. The list could go on infinitum. Another way to classify buildings is residential, commercial, or industrial. The buildings may remain the same, however, the change in seasons and even weather is reflected in both the building itself and its surroundings.

Round 9 of the challenge will focus on 'asymmetry.' Buildings, houses, and churches are frequently designed with symmetry in mind, aiming to create balance and functionality. However, complete symmetry can sometimes feel monotonous. To counter this, many architects introduce asymmetrical elements, breaking the uniformity and achieving striking, dynamic designs.

Look at these asymmetrical elements! And tag your photo for the achitecture-9 challenge!

The challenge will run from October 4th to November 4th.

Please tag your photos: Architecture-9
