The first day I actually did not take a picture this year. I don't know what happened. My sister is an author and asked if she could use some of my photos in her next book and if I would take some new ones for the book. She told me what she liked from what she had seen and I sent her a few more. She fell in love with this one and that is why I am posting it today...my first picture free day...also the day I was asked for permission to use my photos.
a red-letter day indeed! and this is a splendid picture! not sure about where you are, but it poured cats and dogs in toronto today... i would have loved to have had the day off and a raincoat for my camera... lots of moody grim light by the lake... oh well... one day...
