Hi all,
I've just found out I have shingles. It is quite painful and surprisingly debilitating. I don't have a lot of use in my right arm and have fatigue etc. It should be gone in a couple of weeks but in the meantime I just don't have the same energy. I will do my best to keep up with your photos and will be back on my game shortly. edie

@amandalomonaco Thanks for the fav lady! and the thoughts. Yes, I had them as a kid. It's the only way you can get shingles is from having pox as a kid. It stays in your body. Believe me, I know a lot more about them now than I did a week ago. @northy Thank you so much for your thoughts but especially for commenting on the photo...sometimes if there is a long personal story attached I notice people read the story and miss the photo so I really appreciate it.
That sucks!!! I had shingles once but really had no symptoms. I hope your complaints are short-lived and your back to normal quickly. This is a magical shot. I love the leading line in the snow, the shadow and the tones. It makes me want to be a kid again!! Fav.
I am so sorry to hear about the Shingles- had a friend go through it last year and yes, they do hurt!! Take it easy (as best you can) and don't worry about 365- it will be here when you're feeling better! In the meantime- here's another fav to cheer you up! I love this shot!!
This shot is amazing. Oh dear I had the chicken pox 2 weeks before I got married, it hurt so bad I thought I was going to die. Sending you peace and prayers. Are you too young to have the shot? Can you get if this clears up? Yikes friend, take care

Thanks for the faves and the thoughts everyone...you're right Ann, that did cheer me up. Colleen, I am too young for it. In Canada you have to be 50. I think once you've had it it might be too late but not sure. Thank you for concern and understanding.
Beautiful shot! I love the composition, with the pristine snow and the shadow across. And I'm so sorry to hear about how you're feeling - get better soon!
@mah68@alceyone Thank you both for your thoughts. And thank you so much for the fav Anne. I think you may have missed actually faving it though. I never know whether to point that out or not. I've seen threads about it though so I know it's common. @stephaniedc Thanks so much for your comment Stephanie.
Oh dear, I am so sorry to hear that about shingles. I got the shingles vaccine shot a few months ago. I heard it was really painful and didn't want to take any chances. Get better real soon! I love your neat capture of the tracks in the snow. Beautiful!
Love the lighting here! So gorgeous! So sorry to hear about the shingles! I have heard of it before but don't really know what it is??? I hope your feeling better soon!!
This is a wonderful photo... really love the pristine snow as she forges on... perfectly captioned!
Love, love this photo. The composition is awesome. The zig zag lines in the snow are great. And I love the colorful pop of the sledder kid. A fav!
@northy Thank you so much for your thoughts but especially for commenting on the photo...sometimes if there is a long personal story attached I notice people read the story and miss the photo so I really appreciate it.
And hope you get well soon!
