studio space

I am in love with this store front studio space for rent. I think tomorrow I may make the call...just to see what they are asking for it...then maybe I can stop stalking it.
Good luck ...

@httpgeffed @farrah @northy The light inside from those windows is gorgeous and it's all hardwood...small town so I'm hoping not to get Toronto prices but still, it's huge. I'll let you know.

Looks like a wonderful spot with those big windows--very conducive to creativity.

@Cheesebiscuit I haven't decided!! It's only 400.00 per month (Canadian) and it's gorgeous but it is in a neighbouring town. I am really in love with it. (there are actually three spaces all about the same but one has exposed brick which I love) Believe me, if I go for it there will be pictures. Thanks for asking.

@edie Haha! Okay :) Yes, I'm with you on exposed brick. My parents had a house, about 400 years old, and one wall had an area of exposed brick and timber. It can look great for a whole wall too. It's a completely different feel to a smooth plastered wall (not just to the touch, I mean.. oh, well, I guess you understand).

Did you?! Great pic of a great space
March 26th, 2013
@fifimac Not yet. I'm trying to figure out the logistics...is it 'open' meaning I have to be there or just when people book a shoot etc. It's a shop front so I want to figure out how it would work. It is a great space...but there are three almost the same in a row so I'm not currently afraid of losing it. If two of them rent I'll step it up.

@Cheesebiscuit @fifimac I talked to the previous tenant. There were lots of problems with the landlord and upstairs neighbour. So no. Still looking.
