fire by edie

fire

So, for those of you who don't know, we own a restaurant and pub a few hours north of Toronto. We are updating our menu and this time we decided I should take some photos. (in between bouts of bubble wrapping). Food photography is so far from my 'thing' but today was pretty fun. They brought out dish after dish and drink after drink.
The 'after' shot is here

You own a restaurant *and* a pub? You're every man's dream come true! I don't know this counts as normal "food photography", as such, it's a great action shot. Most food photography is "static", I think. And now I want a steak. At 9:30 in the morning. No way could I ever be a vegetarian.

@edie But it works, because it's different! And I'm still hungry!

@edie I don't know what your menus look like, but if you have more "action" shots like this, they would make nice extras, say on the cover or inside cover.

Do you hang your photos in the restaurant, and sell them?
