My husband and I took our son to Nauset Light Beach on Cape Cod one night before dinner so that he could play in the sand and burn some of his endless energy. He is all boy and loves to toss and throw things. In this case, he was running around the beach, collecting rocks and throwing them on the sand. I just love how such a simple thing could bring so much joy and light up his entire face with a smile.
