These puppets were a gift for our son from mine and my husband's coworker who recently returned from a trip to India. She was there visiting her family which she had not seen in a year and a half. As someone who sees her family almost daily, I can't imagine being seperated from my loved ones for that long.
This shot did not turn out at all like I had envisioned it. The execution falls far short of what was in my mind. Being that this was mine and my husband's first day back to work after twelve days off, I really don't have the energy to start over tonight. All critiques are greatly appreciated.
Love the Bokeh. I'm not really good at critiquing but I wish the puppets were more sharp, clear, bold( not sure of a good word) so they can really stand out.
I always have a thing for bokeh, especially the colorful ones in this shot. These puppets look so cute and happy basking in the beautiful bokeh. Love it.
The colors on the puppets' clothes are so vibrant. I don't know how you'd brighten up their faces without dimishing that. But, really, I think it came out wonderful. The colorful bokeh are a great backdrop.
