It is our second day on Hilton Head Island, and today, my husband, son, parents and I went for two bike rides. The first was down the beach, and the second was around the bike paths on the island. My husband and I were convinced that my son was going to fight us on wearing his helmet, but he was agreeable and was really into wearing it and sitting in the bike seat behind my husband. At one point in our second ride of the day, we went through a tunnel. He was so thrilled that the echo of his excitement filled the tunnel. As we were putting him down to sleep tonight, my husband said "we had such a nice day today," and in his sleepy little voice he said "bike".
My husband, son and I just got back from 10 wonderful days on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina, so I am playing catch up on editing and uploading my photos from the trip.
