My cousins are both starting quarterbacks for their high school football teams, and for the first time in their high school careers, they played each other today. Everyone in the family was quite excited about the match-up and the newspaper even wrote an article about the game and my family. My family being my family all donned matching t-shirts in support of both boys and headed to the field to cheer for them. At one point, one of my cousins hurt his ankle and had to come out of the game (no worries, he was back in after a short rest). This was him sitting on the sidelines tending to his injury. Unfortunately, the score was a little lopsided, but that did not matter. Both boys played well, and we enjoyed a great meal and stories after the game.
