In an attempt to get our creative juices flowing, my sister @mcdougall and I decided to visit New Haven, home of Yale University. The two of us plus my husband, my son and Katie’s husband showed up in town unaware that the Yale-Harvard football game was today and just as the game was finishing. There were people everywhere! We finally found parking and headed to the New Haven Green. We took some photos before it got dark, and then headed to Wooster St to try some famous New Haven style pizza. We figured that since we were eating so early we would beat the rush. Well, that plan did not work out! There were lines down the block for all of the pizza restaurants. I guess that means that we are just going to have to go back some time. Even though our plans did not work out as we all had anticipated, I really had a great day with my family.
What do you think of the tilt? Not sure if I like it or not, but I figured that I would give it a try. Opinions?
This came out great! Love the processing and the colors...looks like Babes in Toyland to me. I personally like the tilt. Fun afternoon...we will need to do it again :)
Was in Phoenix last month just after my Grand Canyon hike, waiting for our flight the next morning. Everyone at the hotel was like "yeah, head on down to the university area for good food." We get down there and it is a Saturday night, a few hours before an ASU football game. Doh! Mobs everywhere!
