It is great to have my husband home, and we had a wonderful day together with the boys. We went to the mall in the morning because my husband and I both needed some new clothes. Then, after lunch and nap time, we ran some errands and ended up with an impromptu visit to my parents' house. Now we are going to go sit on the couch, eat popcorn and watch some shows in the DVR queue.
The weather today was not as nice as it has been, but it was still warmer than it normally is this time of year. It is so fantastic to see all of the trees and flowers starting to bloom. These are some tiny flowers on a bush in my parents' yard. Normally, I am pretty good at identifying flowers, but I am not sure what these are.
those are so pretty, lovely soft focus and details. Were they on a bush or under it? if under and with a gorgeous smell, lily of the valley? muguet in French, never knowing where American English words start from?
@shanne@pyrrhula I happened upon a plant at the garden center the other day that was the same as the one in my parents' garden. It turns out that the flower is Japanese Pieris. Thanks for your comments. :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pieris_japonica
