Halloween Fangs on Bubblegum Alley

Bubblegum alley is a landmark in San Luis Obispo - has been for as long as I can remember; it's pretty gross. It does get steam cleaned but there's always new gum being added... all the time. Here's someones addition I'm guessing for Halloween.
