Was tossing some recycling and someone laid this orchid on top and it was teetering - I thought maybe they too, couldn't see throwing this away. It's clearly on it's way out but it's still beautiful. I took it and laid it on a small table in my office. It can stay there until it's truly gone - I know I'm silly but I don't know, it just doesn't seem right to throw this out - I suspect whoever this belonged to, felt the same way.
