Pulling It Off Hwy 1

Tonight, on the drive home, the sunset was becoming more beautiful the darker it was getting. Hubs kept saying how beautiful but I couldn't watch it since I was driving. I commented how I could barely see the color in the rear view mirror and that I was going to pull off the hwy - he said yes! even just to watch it, you should! So, I did. Pulled into one of the hotel parking lots along hwy 1 and since I always carry a camera with me... voila! A sunset to share - including what we assumed were contrails. There were two strong streaks. It was nice way to drive home. Thank you for your comments and you photos - you all inspire me to carry a camera always!
