Not in Africa but 40 minutes up the road from us, off of Hwy 1 but they are on the Hearst property - Wlm. Randolph Hearst has his own zoo back in the day - now there's no zoo and these beauties freely roam the huge property and sometimes come down close to the Hwy. Mom was nursing her little one.

From zoo to preserve- not bad! And how nice to be able to get a shot like this only a little ways down the road rather than going all the way to Africa! Great catch!
