Driving back home from family in Leicestershire ends with this lovely section of road through the fells. I've done it before, but as long as the sky has some interest in it, I stop and take a shot.

There's always a temptation to crank up the colours, contrasts and emphasise the lighting etc. But I love the subtlety and bleakness as it is - each to his/her own :)
