Today I spent some time with an honorary mayor.
He did not know I was coming today.
He was not ready when I got there.
But he got his suit on and then I drove him all around town to visit all his favorite places.
We went to a food stand, another food stand, his church and a house that had just burned down.
Well, that wasn't a favorite place. But it was on the tour.
