Heraldic dragon on The Old Mint (Hotel des Monnaies) which faces the famous Papal Palace. Built in 1619, it is the most Italian-inspired building in Avignon and the eagles and dragons decorating its facade are from the coat of arms of Pope Paul V (Pope from 1605-1621). He was from the Borghese family of Siena, and they are still around today - Prince Lorenzo Borghese was 'The Bachelor' in season 9
