Loved the way this road wound down through the dark hills to the open loch and ultimately sea below. Beautiful Scotland, wish I was there now....any day!
PS EDIT>> Watched Braveheart again, one scene nearly at the end they are riding horses down this valley from almost this spot - only a few seconds. Glad the director liked the view too! PPS It was in the early part of 'What we did on our holiday' too. :)
I love this shot and I love Scotland. Because my grandparents and then my parents retired there I've fortunate enough to spend every year on holiday in Scotland since I was 2. This photo just sums it up beautifully. a fav.
