Dizzy Daffodil by filsie65

Dizzy Daffodil

Felt we could all do with a bit of sunshine today but is that yellow going to my head?! Just about the last daffodil in the bunch so felt I had to get a quick shot before it fades. Fed it into the picnik machine and this was the result.
I was so lucky with the light and frost on yesterday's frozen clover and absolutely tickled pink with all the view and lovely comments - not to mention the honour of making it to some of your fave pages. Thank you - you are all very very kind :)
Bright and fun! :-)

@tooki I would be very surprised!! Thank you for the compliment though :) BTW Yes, daffodils are related to narcissi, they are generally much bigger (these were about 5cm across) and don't smell as sweetly, and you tend to only get one on a stem. :)

Lovely! I did need a shot of sunshine yellow to brighten up my dreary day. It's so rainy and gray out there I have no idea if I'll get a photo out there today. Now I have a mind to go buy some cut flowers. That would brighten up my room.

Fun shot Phil! I just love what the hypnotic effect does- it always makes me laugh. But I think I've resorted to it one too many times and must find another effect to bail out my "bad day" pictures! Alas- Picnik is going to assist me in that quest by shutting down. )o:
