Well that's how today felt. Spent too much of it in the eye hospital having agreed to be part of a study group ahead of having my iris lasered next week - 17 tests and 7 hours later I get back home and am still squinting. In the meantime my friend collected her 2 guinea pigs and gerbil and sorted George and Cathy so I knew they weren't killing each other. Then I get told the bus to Cathy's new school isn't coming through our village any more... it's a crazy world and I'm going to crawl into a dark hole and sleep, probably like Squeak, the guinea pig in the picture who looks equally bewildered at what has happened to the grass. Catch up with your shots tomorrow x
PS OOO nearly forgot to say Thank you Thank you for your marvellously kind comments and favs - our golden fields hit the Pop page along with my white hot shot and I realised that I'd just done the 4 elements of sorts ... water, fire, air and earth. You're terrific and I'm unworthy but very grateful =) Something wonderful to smile about today!
@shannew It was actually the grass before the colour hue slider got to it! Kind of felt apt. :) Off to Chessington tomorrow with kids & extras so it doesn't look any more sane!
Love the processing - very cool effect ...cute guinea pig - hope they kept you fed and watered, that sounds like a very tiring day...hope the bus issue gets sorted ... if you have to drive her you might have to car pool so you dont have to drive each day !!
That colorful bedding! Wow. Sorry your day was stinky! Did it get better the next day? I love this g pig! He is so funny. I am going to call @tara over here...she has a guinea pig and loves them...
Sounds like one hell of a day! I hope you get a more relaxed day today. I love his psychedelic bedding. Great processing (I find a spot of editing does wonders for me at the end of a tough day :o)) xx
My what a day! I hope you get a nice rest. I love what you did to the bedding, it's so colorful & fun. Squeak has such a cute expression :) great photo!
Sounds like a crazy day! I hope that your laser procedure goes well! Lots of luck on that! Love the picture of the guinea pig and it's multicolored universe! Great shot.
Such a colourful little world this pet Squeak has! And with your eye lazer surgery your world will be amazingly brighter too! I had artificial soft lenses put in about five years ago now and have not had to wear glasses or contacts since. Even the nasty wrinkles from squinting are barely noticable! Be brave...it is worth it! Best of Luck with your procedure!
