My 'same-September-Sunday-something' is a flower. This was planted years before I moved here and doesn't have a tag, but it's an old rose which looks and smells just as heavenly as my Nanny's Peace rose so I'm loving it as if it's the same. Took this last weekend and am glad I did as today the remaining roses are rain-splattered and windswept. Had a bit of peace today and was very glad of it.
You are the most wonderfully kind folk - thank you so very much for taking the time to leave such encouraging comments over the weekend. They really are so uplifting - I wish you all a fabulous week ahead and peace wherever you might need to find it :)
Gorgeous colours. Peaches and cream. I'm really enjoying checking out your calender every time I look at your latest photos. It almost makes me wish I was doing this challenge too...almost ;o) xx
Lovely rose shot, the Peace rose is a favourite in my garden, mine flower profusely and smell wonderful, I love the different colours they phase through too. I also have some variants - Chicago Peace an Pink Peace
Gorgeous Phil! All of our rose gardens around here are trimmed down to the bare sticks at the moment. Can't wait to get out there when the Roses bloom.
