Ohmygollygosh - how on earth have I ever uploaded 1000 photos? I still feel like I've only just started! Waiting for Cathy's bus today I played with long exposures and made some fun patterns - a heart somehow turned out like a double-teardrop 'bottom' shape which would never do for such a momentous occasion! I concentrated on the shape of an upside-down heart, the result of which is here for all of you and all the fun I've had taking 1000 photos (so far!)
Oh - and good news x 2, Laddie is more himself (albeit wounded) and Cathy passed her piano exam with merit so she is well pleased as are George and myself (we won't have to hear those tunes every day any more!!)

Great shot, Phil! Love the hearts! Ya know... I have tried to do something similar but can't quite do it... but I have my own little way of doing light so it's no biggie... Although I have seen some pretty cool light writing I'd love to try but just can't pull it off because I'm an idiot and I also want to get a shot like you got with traffic on a highway (we have a spot like that here, but I just can't seem to get it right and I can't stand long enough to get it right... ) ANYWAY .... love this shot. It's a happy one. Well done :)
