Treated myself to some freesias last week, they are so soft and pretty and their almost peppery scent transported me to happy memories :)
Hated taking the colour out of them for a B&W month but I guess it brings out the light and shades. Decided to paint the colour back in on 'the other side' http://365project.org/filsie65/just-stuff/2014-02-06 :)
Thank you everyone who called by to see Laddie measuring up for me. The curtains actually didn't fit - but it was the gentleman's measuring, not the cat's that was at fault! =)
so pretty in b&w - I love the scent too. I'd remembered painting things back and was planning ahead to revisiting something in a few weeks. So funny about the curtains
ooh i love freesias, every year I mean to plant a lot in my garden and every year I forget, - I will have to give myself a reminder to plant them in about 5-6 weeks time - Canberra gets a cold winter and frosts which means we get some great bulb growing weather. I do have a few planted, I just want many many more.
