Drive slow monkey?

Clearly I'm still in school mode as I wanted to go and write 'ly' at the end of this sign. I don't think it applied to me, though, as I'm not a monkey and I suppose it doesn't matter as monkeys can't read. Mind you, I didn't think they could drive, either....?!
