More of an unseasonal diary shot! We had a scarecrow festival in the village recently which was marvellous and raised over £800 for the church roof (which needs refurbishing at a cost of £58000...). Last Scarecrow festival gave rise to a calendar but of course they were all summery scarecrows and there was nothing suitable for a December shot. You see, there is method in my madness. If the photographer got my scarecrow and if they make a calendar and if they think about it... well I might get a feature :)
On the day he had more straw sticking ouf of his boots etc.. the reindeer that looks like a stuffed dog-costume with sticks sticking out of his head is actually a stuffed dog costume with sticks sticking out of his head................. Well surely none of you expect sanity from me after all these years.....?!

What an imaginative scarecrow, Phil! It's a bit early for Xmas stuff but it's definitely creative and you're right. They will need one for December! Great shot. I feel bad for the dog suit having sticks stuck in its head. I don't think there are very many sane people here on 365, Phil! I know I'm not!
