This isn't the best photo I've taken in the last 4 years, neither is it the most beautiful, but it instantly takes me back to the moment I took it and the feelings around me then, which I cherish. After all the fun and artiness and creativity, challenges etc of my four years here I guess this is what I love photography for most - preserving memories and moments. I hope you all look back on your photos and remember the moment captured forever for you.
I've managed to wean myself off the addiction of doing a 365 project with my project 52, it certainly wasn't as much fun but I enjoyed it and the lessened pressure nonetheless. From now on the photos will be when I take one I'd like to share with you ... my newest camera is a permanent part of my handbag and no way can I either leave you all nor will I lose all that I have loved and learned here. I wish you all many many happy days and years of capturing memories, scenes, sights and simply being happy. Mwah xx
Hi Phil just enjoyed a stroll through 2015 with you. I have missed all your uploads except for that gorgeous pig earlier in the year. Slow Internet speed is frustrating me this year and stops me commenting regularly. But I enjoyed seeing the highlights of your year unfold. We too can visit the houses of parliament on with our local member. I agree it's a wonderful experience more should share . Happy Days to you and yours.
Are you off again I have only just used to seeing your posts again! Perhaps you will be back soon! The best reason to take a photo,is for the memory not because it's arty & clever !
