Watching the waves?

Cathy and I had one whole night away this summer..... jeepers. Before we came home we found the luxury of a deserted beach and had a nice long walk together. I got a couple of shots and love this one... she was a few weeks away from University and I wonder was she thinking ahead to her big life change, or just watching the waves...?

Just me and the cats at home now - Cathy is up north in Lancaster and George is down south in Chelmsford. I'm content and enjoying the novelty of peace after so many years as a single mum, but aware of the empty nest so this should give me the chance to do more 365ing without the kids' complaining..! Great shot Phil. That must be a great place for sunset (or sunrise) shots. I've been watching lots of photography vlogs fom the UK on Youtube lately and sunrise and sunset shots seems to be very popular ;-)

Love the layers, colours and narrative. .I am similar, a year ahead. .my 2 offspring have, well, sprung! Have a cat , and managed 2 (!!!) nights away this summer!
