What on earth..?

I saw this stonework on the side of the orangery at Wrest Park and couldn't help but wonder what it was supposed to depict. My best guess...
"I'm gonna wash that man right outa my hair.." "Oh do be quiet you're giving me a headache..."
What do you think is going on?
