The old and the new

The centre bauble is one from my childhood and is probably around 50 years old - the only one I have left from Mum and Dad. Imagine my excitement to see the new ones in M&S recently - a great retro look into the past - and I had to have the box to put on my tree.

This is a reminder to me too - we had some like this on our tree as a child. I have no idea whether they are still around - maybe in Dad's loft. Great find and makes a lovely capture.
