Dandelions clocks and buttercups

This field is covered in dandelions and buttercups and looks very pretty in the sunshine. Better on black.

Exciting news - I've spotted one pheasant chick today. Mum quickly got it back under her wing so no chance of a photo.

Nice rural shot! We have pheasants and chicks hiding in the rape behind our house - @shepherdmanswife has lots of images of adults, but I think she has yet to capture a chick.
