Resting on the gate post

A slow walk to the river but it was worth it. Various aches and pains have got me down this week (they are ongoing but I haven't been able to manage them over the last few weeks) . Also Covid coming a bit too close for comfort at work so keeping everything crossed it comes to nothing (child I work with in isolation). It was good to get out and feel I could breathe in the river. Next week will be better.
