This is the Morro Rock. So in Spanish morro is rock, so I guess you could call this the Rock Rock. This rock is a big icon on our area, thousands come annually just to see it. The small town beside it is Morro Bay, and is very quaint and worth a visit too.
@maggiemae it probably would be a good climb, but it is illegal to do so. Luckily we have several other hills, mountains and rocks to climb around here.
