Christmas goose

I hate giving up Christmas, so I assiduously celebrate all 12 days of Christmas. Today is the 8th day of Christmas. It is also New Year's Day! New years, new projects, new plans, new notebooks, new new new. I LOVE New Year's Day. Almost as much as I love Christmas.

My husband and I always traveled to see family and spent money on our parents and kids. So early in our marriage we agreed to shop for each other in the after Christmas sales on January’s Paycheck and gradually the three day Martin Luther King Jr. day became our end of the Christmas season.
