@swilde here's the 2nd one to represent spring; Yesterday's crocus with a bee in it is also a spring picture. Not sure what kind of tree this is. Am happy to be doing this challenge or I might be discouraged by the 19-degree (F) weather we are having. Despite this, the tree buds are swelling, fact that I know because I've been out taking photographs of all sorts of very fascinating buds on trees. P.s. I hope that your husband is doing ok

Beautiful! Love the soft texture of the buds with the rough scaly-ness of the twig. And the shades of green behind are fab.
