James seemed to look better in black and white. He hates having his picture taken but was reasonably long-suffering when I took a bunch of pictures. Was glad I did take a lot, because, unlike a flower, each picture has a different expression, all quite characteristic... (I certainly learned that there is quite a lot to learn about making pictures b&w!)
Love that he posed for you, treasure him; and the pictures - my brother James Anthony died very suddenly in the Autumn and I had no recent picture (sister in law did give me one)
