taken on Friday. Here it is Sunday already and I've not even dowloaded Saturday's pictures. Spent all day yesterday working in a friend's garden and can barely move! The town inspectors (and crazy neighbor) are after her and she had a deadline of Monday or they would not only fine her but also mow down her jungle. It's quite the jungle, though chock-full of gorgeous plants intermingling with the pesky stands of unyankable grass...
Oh why cannot people live and let live?!! Tidiness is personal, especially in a garden. I created a garden in what had been a grass field, hubby maintained that just ploughing the "sods" in would feed the ground - result thirty years of trying desperately to remove grass from between precious plants. Love your fungi - I can see a tiny face on the sentinel!
I knew of someone who replaced their lawn with flowers and had a similar experience. I'd rather see a mess of flowers the dead cars which can be dangerous to children.
