Returned yesterday from spectacular mountains to my lovely hills. It would perhaps be nicer if the climate was not 90 degrees and if everything in woods were not part of a conspiracy to make you itch in some way. But, inconveniences do not change the fact that few places look better than home. Will start looking at Swiss pictures one day at a time, but only when the concept seems less overwhelming than it does now.
Welcome Home! There is one spot on our way back from airport where "our dale" is revealed in all it's glory and my heart always flutters. I can imagine how you feel when you come home and see your fabulous hills. Have you tried Avon "Skin so Soft" lotion and or bath oil? - it is very good for keeping itchy critters at bay. I know of one horse owner in Canada who uses it for herself and horses.
