This is very difficult for my camera to manage a good macro, so shots like this seem extra impressive to me. Are you enjoying the black and white? I'm never sure when I do a whole month if I really like working in it. However I notice how much more I see textures this way

@pandorasecho Yes, I like black and white, although i LOVE color. I enjoy looking at the world differently, more about light and shadow and textures and values, however. When I had a point and shoot camera, I did lots of cropping. In some ways, however, it focused on things that were VERY close to the lens better than the lens that came with this camera.This photo is cropped, as I recall.
