Zoom in on the speck

This is inspired by Taffy's three focal length pictures.
(18, 55 and 200 on my camera here). This is looking down on the river from the top of starved rock where an indian tribe starved to death rather than submit to their besiegers.
I did not realize looking at it that you had three pictures and thought those guys in the boat were close to the edge of a water fall. Phew! Good follow through of her lesson. I like trying some of them too. You should call her over and have her see what you have done.

Hi! We are get-pushed partners this week. I started looking through your albums and got quite caught up with your "Stories" album. I haven't made it all the way through, but plan to. It appears that you enjoy words, so my challenge to you this week, if you choose to accept it, is to incorporate words within the frame of the photograph this week. Here's a link I found under "creative photography ideas" http://www.clickinmoms.com/blog/creativity-exercise-words-around-us/
If this doesn't appeal to you, let me know, and I will set another challenge.

Clever! I feel like you're flying down on the boat.

At first I did not realize it was three pictures and I thought these folks were going to fall into the rapids under the bridge. Wow- glad to know it's just a practice session on focal length!
