Light on the sunken house (happy 49)

I have no idea what made that glow on the left side of house roof. This is taken through wet car window and I think it qualifies as soft focus. It was taken for get-pushed challenge to capture light trails.

The happiness today involved staying home to make Liam his little St. Nicolas bread men so they could get into the mail in time for his birthday. Like yesterday as depicted above, it was a wet, miserable day. I spent some time in the car going to the post office and later to the court house with T. and his father. I was happy to be observing the cold wet world from a cozy spot behind a wet windshield.

Good thing we don't have to travel in this weather - all we do is look at your neat picture! Do you think there was a chimney on fire in this house?

My guess is that your mysterious light is a rear light on a truck- not a pick-up truck- a delivery truck. Good shot for the challenge.

Now that's interesting -- mysterious light appearing from nowhere! I like the blur and light trails.

You have captured a UFO! Right now I would love to be out in the rain! We are currently experiencing a drought, have severe water restrictions and an average daily temperature of around 37 degrees Celsius.

Nice trails, I like the last yellow orange leaves in the tree, they brighten up the dull day.
