@frappa77 - Ciao Francesca and welcome to the Project! Thank you for the follow! I know I have commented on two of your photos up until now which I very much liked, but I have to admit that your last name caught my attention as much as the two photos. I know a woman who shares your last name. She is married and her husband's name is Rudy. I don't know what the odds that you might be related? The name Ciarrocchi isn't very common where I live but it could be very common in Italy? I will return the favor of the follow it if is alright with you knowing what I just shared above.
Great picture of the Colosseum! Lots of history in that building! FAV!

Ciao Mark! I was really touched by the quote of your presentation, so I decided to contemplate the beauty of creation through your wonderful pictures!
My surname is common in a region of Italy called Marche... my grandfather Andrea Ciarrocchi was born in a small village called Campofilone where there are a lot of Ciarrocchi! My father was born in Brooklyn but he grew up in Italy in a village called Petritoli, not far from Campofilone... I have some relatives in USA that I found last year and with whom I'm in contact... but they have a different surname (they are the nephews of the sisters of my grandfather!).
It would be nice to know more about the story of your friend!
Thank you for visiting!

Thank you very much! I have not so many occasion to go around for a walk... but any time it happens I always fall in love with this wonderful city!
It is exactly as you say, Kahsia! But as it always happens, more you are near less you go to visit! ;)
