This is my attempt to your challenge! I have taken sooooooo many pictures... lol! I thought I would have obtain those round circles of different colours that always appear in the web if you look for "bokeh images"... till I read this:
"while some photographers argue that bokeh is just about the quality of the circular light reflections, many others, including myself, believe that bokeh is about the quality of the entire out-of-focus area, not just reflections and highlights."( https://photographylife.com/what-is-bokeh)

@frappa77 - I honestly think that you succeeded wonderfully Francesca!! My impression has always been the the softness of the background is used to emphasize the main subject and accentuate that which is being featured. I really like all of the bright colors which compromise the background - winner in my book!!
Looks like bokeh to me! I think bokeh often comes off in circles, but it doesn't always have to be round. As long as it has that speckled look and the subject stands out in focus, you've accomplished bokeh. Good job!
Hi Francesca @frappa77, it appears that we have drawn one another for the next 'Get Pushed' challenge. I think this week I would like to go with a texture - something that you find interesting enough and thought provoking enough to photograph. Let me know if this is okay for you as I always have another one in reserve. Have fun and I look forward to this week's challenge photograph!!

This time I'll give you more options:
- to flashback and do the opposite of the photo
- to capture a sunburst
- to take a minimalist photo

@joemuli Thank you so much! I'm always so afraid of trying new techniques and showing my attempts... I was so concentrated on the assessment of the camera that I didn't notice that the yellow "granules" on the flower have legs... I was sure they were pollen, but I realized they are bugs! 😅
