Laurel Hedge Trimmed

Yesterday we trimmed our laurel hedge. Here it is the morning afterwards with "our" windmill as a backdrop. Our front garden is to the left of the hedge. Our sweet peas, at the far end of the front garden, are now past their best.

The sweet peas needed LOTS of water. Sept 29th and there are still plenty of flowers. Another few weeks though and they will be dead.
