Back in 2013 I was in hospital for 3.5 months following a stroke,thankfully largely recovered. At that time it was thought I would only receive food via a tube into my stomach for ever. I used to dream about tuna fish pie!! After about a year food and eating were (thankfully) back to normal. It’s still one of my favourite meals, but things could have been so different.
