An Apple a Day . . .

Snack time and I'm going to enjoy a Honeycrisp apple. I had never had one of these until I heard my co-workers talking about them being on sale and very sought after. Apparently these are "designer" apples!

I am a big fun of honey crisp apples. They are delicious. This capture is wonderful. And yes, I eat an apple a day... it doesn't necessarily keep the doctor away, but I imagine it would be worse if I don't eat it... LOL
