I'm not sure about this photo.I was just walking nearby,noticed that man and thought i would take a shot.
Fells like i was stalking him but also i remember of a famous photographer who was photographing people in their apartments in NYC as a form of street photography/lifestyle.

It is a dilemma, I would probably not have dared to take the shot, but on the other hand, if the person was bothered by people passing by and looking at him he should have bought curtains!
